Where is Greatland located?
Greatland has locations in Grand
Rapids, Michigan and in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
How many people work at Greatland?
We have about 90 people in our Grand
Rapids' location and about 150 people in our Green Bay location.
During our busy season we employ as much as 350 people total in
both locations through our additional limited-term staffing.

How long do I have to wait for benefits?
In general, full time employees
become eligible for most benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k),
life, STD, LTD, flexible spending) the first of the month following
30 days of employment.

What hours do Greatland employees
work?
Most of our employees work a schedule
of 8:30 to 5:00 with a half-hour lunch or 8:00 to 5:00 with an hour
lunch. Some of our departments will work overtime during the busy
season, but most employees work a 40-hour workweek. Employees can
work with their manager to set a flexible schedule that allows them
to work during times that are best for their department and their
personal lives.
What do employees wear at Greatland?
Greatland has a business casual
environment. Managers and other employees occasionally wear suits.
However, most employees wear more comfortable clothing like khakis,
dress shirts, and skirts.
Does Greatland hire new graduates?
Yes, Greatland has many entry-level
positions that offer you great experience and opportunities to grow.
What does the interviewing process
entail?
The interview process entails an
initial phone screen, a face-to-face interview with Human Resources
and the hiring supervisor. Our screening process also entails reference
checking and education verification.
How are salaries determined?
Greatland does annual market research
and then reviews salary grades to make sure that our wages are competitive.
Employees have annual performance reviews and salaries are adjusted
according to goal achievement, market standing, and position.
