The medical and dental benefits are comparable
to most other places and they offer other benefits as well
such as AFLAC, 401K, and additional life insurance. Besides
your vacation and all of the major holidays off, the company
gives you a floating holiday to use. The company also provides
a company holiday on the day after Thanksgiving.
Other perks include casual dress for the
last Thursday of the month as well as every Friday, "breakfast"
on the last Friday of each month, company sponsored events,
a cookout or two during the year, dress in costume for Halloween
if you like, and an opportunity to help a financially challenged
family during the holidays."
