A COVID-19 Update for Our Customers

For Greatland, there is nothing more important than the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. As a result, we are taking a number of proactive, protective steps in response to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

We have implemented a range of measures recommended by public health experts, the CDC and WHO to protect our employees and ensure you continue to receive great uninterrupted service.

In addition, Greatland’s nationwide footprint means we are already well-equipped for remote workflow and virtual meetings. Our ongoing investment in high‐quality business and communications systems has given us the capability to continue serving customers regardless of staff location.

Greatland is presently operating as normal. We are accepting, processing, and shipping orders as we receive them. As we receive your orders, we are assuming you are open and are able to receive shipments to the specified address. With many states having "stay-in-place" mandates, please verify that your ship to address is accepting shipments.

The majority of our work will continue uninterrupted — though unforeseen circumstances are certainly possible in the current environment. We will continue monitoring the COVID-19 situation and work in tandem with local, state and federal health and government officials to take necessary precautions. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
