Returns & Exchanges

Greatland’s return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving your products to arrange an exchange or return. Dated products, including non-dated or continuous use tax forms, must be exchanged or returned, unopened, by December 1. 

 

Please note: Custom and imprint products may not be returned except in the event of a Greatland’s error. To guarantee your products are correct, you will receive a final proof for approval before production.
