Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Rates

Greatland's standard method of shipping is FedEx Ground Service. All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse facility in Green Bay, WI. Depending on your location, you will receive standard FedEx Ground shipped orders within 3-10 business days. For international shipping rates outside of the United States, contact us at 855.209.8701, or greatland@greatland.com.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to all applicable states. There is no sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: AK, DE, HI, MT, HN, OR. Sales tax applies to shipping charges to all states except: ID, IA, MA, OK, UT, WY. If you are tax exempt, contact us at 855.209.8701, or greatland@greatland.com.

Expedited Shipping

Greatland also offers FedEx 2-day Air and FedEx Next Day Air Services for expedited shipping requests. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. E.T. will be processed the next business day.

Postpone Delivery

You have the option of delaying your shipment until you need the product. This allows you to take advantage of any special offers or promotions and choose a later date to receive your order. This can be selected at checkout.

Tracking

To track your current order shipment, log into your account and access package tracking information for your recent orders.
 

Returns and Exchanges

Greatland’s return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving your products to arrange an exchange or return. 

Dated Products

Dated products, including non-dated or continuous use tax forms, must be exchanged or returned, unopened, by December 1.

Custom & Imprint

Custom and imprint products may not be returned except in the event of a Greatland’s error. To guarantee your products are correct, you will receive a final proof for approval before production.
